Laurence Juber is a Grammy-winning guitarist best known for his work as lead guitarist with Paul McCartney’s band Wings. Over the years, he has established himself as one of the premier fingerstyle guitarists in the world.

With accolades such as "Guitarist of the Year" from Fingerstyle Guitar magazine and recognition from Acoustic Guitar magazine as one of the top acoustic players of all time, Juber has become a celebrated solo artist. His work spans original compositions, innovative arrangements, and instructional materials, reflecting his deep musicianship and dedication to the guitar.

1. LJ Can’t Stop Playing the Beatles

This is Laurence Juber’s third collection of solo acoustic Beatles arrangements. Produced by Hope Juber and mixed by legendary engineer Al Schmitt at Capitol Studios, the album highlights Juber’s signature tone and technique. It features acoustic renditions of classics like “Hey Jude,” “Something,” “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,” and more, capturing the emotional and musical depth of the original songs through intricate fingerstyle arrangements.

2. The Fab 4th

In this fourth Beatles-inspired album, Juber dives even deeper into the band’s catalog, translating their musical essence into solo guitar form. The process reveals not just the enduring creativity of the Beatles, but also Juber’s own as an arranger. While not every Beatles tune naturally fits the guitar, Juber finds unexpected gems that lend themselves to compelling and inventive fingerstyle interpretations.

3. Downtown

Downtown features Juber’s exploration of the 'Great American Songbook' across 12 tracks, blending detailed fingerstyle arrangements with jazz-inflected improvisation. Recorded in a single session at Capitol Studios, the album includes beloved standards alongside a new original composition, showcasing Juber’s technical finesse and expressive range within a classic jazz framework.
